Private Label Toll Blending
South Coast Products Incorporated (SOCO) specializes in Private Label Manufacturing and Toll Blending. Many have come to us with a market need we have been able to fill with one of our many products. Others have come to us with their formulas and hired us to produce their blends. We have a strict policy stating: We will not compete with our customers. In adhering to this, we have earned a reputation of integrity and honesty.
We can run batch sizes from as small as a 55 gallon drum to over 10,000 pounds in our ribbon and sigma blenders. Every batch is marked with a batch number for full trace-ability. If you have a formulation and need someone to blend it, give us a call. We can quickly determine if it is something we can accomplish. Non-disclosure and secrecy agreements are never a problem; else we would not have our current reputation.
Private label and toll blending is our preferred venue because it allows us to concentrate on what we are best at, manufacturing. This allows our customers to dismiss this burden and concentrate on marketing and engineering. The common thread you will find among our customers is that they trust us. They do not have to concern themselves that we will make their products for someone else. Their formulations are safe with us. Our customers do not have to worry about drop shipments as we are not going to try to "go around" them for a greater margin. They do not have to worry about the consistency of our products, as our Quality Control System does not allow for variance of product integrity. You would be surprised to know how many of our current customers came to us because our competitors did not have the same values.
